"Born and raised in Pennsylvania I moved to New York City after college. While there I studied and met with some great artists. After twenty years and some great knowledge gained in the city, I moved to the coast of New Jersey.
I loved walking around the city, taking in the buildings, the people, the hustle and the bustle. I still love walking. It’s my thing. I want to tell the story of what I see around me. 

With palette knives,  I start to lay paint thick across the canvas. Layering and scraping, creating what I have seen with what I have felt. I like to push the boundaries between realism and abstraction, using broad fields of color to create depth. I continue to add elements that will tell a narrative. This could be people, trees, the sun, the sea, it could be certain colors to convey a mood. I always want to create works where the viewer travels with me.
I love living by the sea and have set up my studio gallery in Long Branch New Jersey and a new space in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Message me to stop by my studio.”
